The app offers a comprehensive suite of features, including the ability to review past health records such as reports, prescriptions, and discharge notes. Users can also monitor current lab and radiology reports through the app. Moreover, the functionality allows users to connect family members to their account for seamless appointment booking and access to their health records.

For new users engaging with a Medanta doctor for the first time, the app streamlines the registration process by assigning a Unique Hospital Identification Digit (UHID). This unique identifier facilitates quick and efficient check-ins at the hospital for consultations, eliminating the need to register upon arrival.
